Most study schedules fail within a week because they're built for an ideal version of the student's life, not the real one. Here's how to build one that actually survives contact with a busy Tuesday.
Start from your fixed hours, not your free ones
Block out school, sleep, meals, and commitments first. Whatever remains is your real study budget — usually far less than students expect, which is exactly why every session needs to count.
- Study in 25–40 minute focused blocks with real breaks in between.
- Rotate subjects rather than marathon sessions on one topic.
- Review yesterday's material for five minutes before starting anything new.
